A city I have loved living in. Hopefully, this tour will give you a flavor of its history and most prominent landmarks…as well as a few hidden gems. 

Starting at the Historic Railway Station, winding our way through the Lanes and finishing at the iconic ruins of the West Pier. 

Perfect for new visitors to this quirky destination.

Brighton Highlights

The Royal Pavillion is the most iconic landmark of Brighton and part of our Brighton Walking tours. The complex was built as a holiday house for Prince of Wales George IV, and it's a mix of Georgian, Victorian, and Edwardian architecture.

Located in Bartholomew Square, the city's Town Hall was erected in 1832, and it's another stop on our audio tours. If you are lucky, you might be seeing a wedding taking place there.

The Palace Pier is another famous attraction in Brighton. It dates back to 1899, and it's visited by roughly 4 million people every year.

Kemptown has always been associated with the LGBT culture, and that's why you will see rainbow flags all over the area. It's also packed with vintage and antique shops, Regency-style houses, and, of course, cafes and restaurants.

This area is one of the most exciting ones for people who love clothing shops. galleries and restaurants. The area is famous for its creative and bohemian vibe as you can see from the stunning street art.

The North Laines

Serving as the former residence of Maria Fitzherbert, first wife of the Prince Regent, the Steine House is a building of incredible historical value. Its history is narrated by our local experts in our tours.

This is what remains of the Brighton West Pair, the third pier erected in Brighton. Its construction started in 1866 and included a concert hall as well. It closed in 1975, but you can still have an idea of the beautiful Victorian architecture.
