Hello everyone! Welcome to Lisbon's Old Town, the Alfama Quarter! My name is Ana, I am a Lisbon Licensed Tour Guide and today we will be walking you through Lisbon's birthplace, known as the Alfama quarter! On this tour, your steps will pass by at least 3 thousand years of History, exploring the narrow labyrinthical streets, some of the oldest houses in town, the colorful little alleys and the splendid viewpoints. But you will also immerse yourself in Lisboeta's culture, way of life and festivities, like Fado music or the very famous Saint Anthony! It is a very cultural and diverse Tour, but please be careful walking around, since the old cobblestones can be tricky and slippery! Walking up and down the hill, the tour will last a little around 2 hours, not including some breaks or visits that you can do on your own along the way.
